Contempt notices issued to PCO judges of SC

A 14-member larger bench of the Supreme Court on Friday has issued contempt notices to the PCO judges of the apex court. These judges include Justice Abdul Hameed Doggar, Justice Muhammad Nawaz Abbasi, Justice Syed Saeed Ashhad, and Justice Musa K Leghari, Justice Ijaz Yousaf, Justice Ijazul Haq and Justice Qaem Jan Khan. Justice Faqeer Muhammad Khokhar and Justice M Javed Buter can also be affected from this decision. Justice M Javed Buter had tendered resignation after taking oath under PCO. These notices were delayed due to typing mistakes.
