Bill on provincial autonomy to be tabled in NA soon: Kaira

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira says that the bill of provincial autonomy will soon be tabled in the National Assembly. He said that consultation in this connection was underway with all the allied political parties. He was giving a media briefing along with Minster of State for Information and Broadcasting Samsam Bukhari. He said that 4,500,000 acre canal land would be distributed among those farmers who had no piece of land. He said that the government was issuing Benazir Bhutto cards to inhabit the land which would be registered on women names. He said that a Benazir Bhutto Model Town comprising on 1,235 houses was being formed at KT Bandar. He said that by June 2010 the electricity supply to the province would improve. He said that the government would abide by the court decision on Pervez Musharraf.
