According to details, an England-based eye surgeon Dr Tariq had submitted an application to Chief Minister Inspection Team that DIG Operations Ghulam Mehmood Dogar helped a third party to grab his residential plot situated on Baidian Road and was now also patronising the third party.An inquiry committee comprising chairman CM Inspection Team and DIG Maj (retd) Mubashirullah found Dr Tariq allegations against DIG Operations Ghulam Mehmood Dogar correct and presented the report to Chief Minister Punjab.In the light of inquiry report the CM made DIG Operation Ghulam Mehmood Dogar an OSD and called for names of police officers for the post of DIG Operations.
