Summary PML-N leadership has rejected the judicial commission probing into the Koral plane crash.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Opposition Leader in National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan rejected the judicial commission constituted for probe into Bhoja aircraft crash and said that it would be challenged.He said that the government was not showing seriousness into the investigation of such a big tragedy that took more than 120 precious lives were lost.Nisar strongly criticised the inclusion of two PCO judges in the judicial commission. He said that the government did not get permission from the Chief Justice of Pakistan for setting up the judicial commission, adding that the government is playing with the lives of the innocent people.Criticising the PPP-led coalition government, he said that the federal government does not want transparent probe into Bhoja aircraft crash; therefore, the government is taking the incident non-seriously by constituting a judicial commission without getting permission from the Supreme Court.Nisar blamed that every controversial and corrupt person has link to Aiwan-e-Sadr.He claimed that the head of Civil Aviation Authority is a close friend of President Asif Ali Zardari and moreover the members of judicial commission are also blue-eyed of the PPP government.He demanded the constitution of a free and independent judicial commission.Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif also criticized the judicial commission terming it as fraud. He said that the federal government was trying to fool the masses by forming a bogus judicial commission.
