Rs35bn allocated for filter clinics to eliminate Hepatitis-C: PM Shehbaz

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday the federal government had allocated Rs35 billion for the establishment of filter clinics to eliminate the Hepatitis C under a comprehensive nationwide programme.
In a tweet, he said additionally, an endowment fund of Rs15bn has also been set up whose proceeds will be used for the provision of free treatment to the poor.
The prime minister said he has laid the foundation stone of PKLI University which will serve as a hub of knowledge creation, research and innovation. He said together we will make PKLI pride of the nation.
