Deepika, Ranveer may have destination wedding in mid-2018: Indian reports

(Web Desk) – Padmaavat stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are likely to tie the knot at any destination outside India, Indian reports claimed on Friday.
PINKVILLA reported that a source close to the couple claimed that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will get married in 2018 and it will be a destination wedding.
The source was quoted saying, “Yes, Ranveer and Deepika are getting married this year and it is going to be a destination wedding.”
It was added that Deepika and Ranveer may select a beach wedding as they are both “beach bums”. The sources told that only close friends and family members will be invited at their private affair.
“It will be an intimate affair though with just close family and friends in attendance.”
According to the unconfirmed report, the love birds have planned their destination wedding in mid-2018. First, they will get married outside India keeping it a private affair and then hold receptions in Mumbai and Bengaluru. The Bengaluru reception will be hosted by Deepika’s family which is based there.
Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli had a similar surprise wedding and kept it personal. Their marriage was secretly arranged in late 2017 where only close friends and family members were invited in the Italy hotel.

Both Deepika and Ranveer have not publicly announced their wedding plans. Talking to India media, Ranveer rejected the rumours and said he is currently busy with projects while marriage is definitely on his mind.
