Agra University prints marksheet of student with Salmans picture
The administration also found discrepancies in other marksheets.
AGRA (Daily Dunya/Web Desk) - In a bizarre incident depicting negligence in the education system, Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Agra published a marksheet of Bachelor of Arts student with Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s picture.
According to Indian media, the marksheet has a passport-sized photo of the actor pasted on it with the name of the student who scored aggregate 35%.
The administration also found discrepancies in other marksheets, including one with a picture of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
"There were scores of other marksheets as well, in which student’s names were wrongly printed as Bhimrao Ambedkar instead of their original name on the marksheet. Chances of such kind of mistakes are more at the private agency level, who was hired for printing marksheet," said a university source.
On the other hand, 7.2 lac students of over 1000 colleges affiliated to Agra University appeared in examination for the session 2016-17.
