Preity Zinta says she was fortunate enough to meet Dina Wadia

(Web Desk) – Bollywood diva Preity Zinta, amongst several prominent names, expressed her sorrow at the sad demise of the only child of Pakistan’s founder, Dina Wadia.
She recalled her meeting with the lady saying, “I was fortunate enough to have met her and really admired her.”

“Sorry to hear that the elegant and spirited Dina Wadia is no more,” she tweeted. In an interview to Indian media, the former beau of Ness Wadia remembered her first meeting with Jinnah’s daughter saying, “I stared at her open mouthed. My goodness, she carries so much history within her!”
She went on to admit that she was struck by her gentle demeanour upon every meeting. She admired her classic elegance and fragility. The 42-year-old star told that Dina Wadia had unmistakable facial resemblance to her illustrious father. She even called Dina “a figure in history”.
“She carries an aura of unmistakable strength. Every time I meet her, there s so much to imbibe from her. There are some people in this world who just carry an aura about them,” Preity recalled about Dina during the old interview. The actress was amazed with how much interest Dina used to take in her life.
Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah’s daughter Dina Wadia breathed her last yesterday as she passed away at the age of 98. She is survived by her son Indian industrialist Nusli Wadia. Condolences poured in on social media following the news of the death of Dina Wadia.
