'Baaghi' trailer is out and it's not short of promising

(Web Desk) – Trailer for Saba Qamar starrer television series based on slain Qandeel Baloch is out on Wednesday and it looks not less than promising.
The series that is to go on air on July 27 has a reputable cast to boast. In addition to ‘Hindi Medium’ actress Qamar, the cast has Sarmad Khoosat playing her brother, Osman Khalid Butt a metropolitan entrepreneur, known social media and ad face Khalid Malik, Ali Kazmi playing her husband, Shazia Khan and Nina Kashif among others.
Fauzia Saleem alias Qandeel Baloch was a fashion model who rose to fame for her bold social media presence that is rare to Pakistan’s conservative society where legislation against honour killings was done only last year.
She was murdered by her younger brother in a rented house in Multan in July 2016 in what was confessed by the culprit an act to reclaim honour of the family that according to him was tarnished owing to her success.
