Bollywood actor Salman Khan declares himself 'Hindu-Muslim'
Salman Khan was asked many questions in connection with 18-year-old blackbuck poaching case.
JODHPUR (Web Desk) - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan along with Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre and Tabu appeared before court in connection with 18-year-old blackbuck poaching case.
Salman Khan, the 51-year-old actor, was asked many questions about the circumstances of the incident and his involvement in the alleged offence.
While Salman Khan denied all allegations against him and told court that he has been falsely accused of killing two blackbucks, which are an endangered species, during a shooting of a film in 1998 in the district.
The superstar replied to a religious question posted by court that “I’m Hindu and Muslim both. I’m an Indian.” Moreover, Salman and his Hum Saath-Saath Hain co-stars pleaded “not guilty” in the case.
The actors got their statements recorded before Judicial Magistrate in Jodhpur.
