KARACHI (Dunya News) - Veteran Lollywood director Syed Noor has said that Pakistani filom industry can be paved towards a new way through Pak-China joint film production venture.

“We can achieve more than 35000 cinema screens in China while presenting numerous films including those based on the everlasting friendship of Pakistan and China. The problems faced by our cinema houses due to ban on Indian movies can be prevented by producing films with other countries,” he said while exclusively talking to Roznama Dunya correspondent.

Syed Noor asserted that after visiting China he now feels that they should not be afraid of Indian movies as Pakistani film industry can get a big circuit whilst working with China.

“We can introduce Chinese culture to Pakistani people by dubbing their movies. Similarly, we can also present our culture to them,” he explained.

Syed Noor said that many people in China understand Urdu language and have much love for Pakistanis.

“I am working on a script over Pak-China joint film production venture and I also discussed the idea with Minister of State for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, Marriyum Aurangzeb. I have informed her of my China visit. She assured me of implementation on my recommendations,” he said.
