Fakr-e-Alam recently filed an application in police station to be provided security

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Censor Board Chairman Fakhr-e-Alam on Monday resigned from his post. Alam forwarded his resignation to Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah, reported Dunya News.

A few days back, Alam along with other actors submitted an application in a police station in order to be provided with appropriate security. The appeal came after the murder of qawwali singer Amjad Sabri in Karachi.

Sources indicate that there were rifts between Sindh government and Fakhr-e-Alam after he filed the application in the police station.
