MUMBAI (Dunya News) – Indian legendary actor Dilip Kumar on Tuesday was acquitted in an18-year-old cheque bounce case as no charges have been proven against him.
The case was filed in 1998 by a cement company against the actor when he was honorary chairman of Kolkata-based Business Company named GK Exim India Private Limited.
Dilip Kumar was not present in the court when the verdict was announced as the actor is not in the best of his health.
The 94-year-old actor has been recently awarded the Padma Vibhushan Award.
