Property dispute claims couple's life in Okara

OKARA (Dunya News) – A man and his wife were gunned down after they were returning from a local council in Okara on late Monday, police said.
Police recovered the bullet-riddled bodies of the couple near Parwa Lakho area of Haveli Lakha. The deceased victims were identified as Shamshad and Kaneez Fatima.
The victims were allegedly killed by suspects Adnan, Ahmad and their accomplices. The police said the couple was returning home after attending a local court set up by elders in a nearby village.
Raids were being conducted to expeditiously arrest the suspects.
