IHC issues notice to Noor's father over suspects bail plea
Zakir Jaffer has asked the court to nullify decision of session court.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to Noor’s Father Shaukat Mukadam over bail plea of suspect in the case.
Suspect Zakir Jaffer, through his council Khawaja Harris, has prayed the court to nullify the order of session court and grant him bail.
IHC, while issuing notices, also sought complete record of the case.
