Six shot dead over property dispute in Kurram District
A heavy contingent of police reached the place of incident.
KURRAM (Dunya News) – Six people were shot dead while 11 other were injured during an armed clash between two groups over a property dispute in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Kurram District.
According to sources, the groups have been clashing over the land for a long time but a verbal clash between the both parties in the morning escalated quickly and turned into an indiscriminate exchange of fire.
As a result of the firing, three members of each group were killed while the injured were shifted to Parachinar Hospital for medical treatment.
A heavy contingent of police reached the place of incident and launched investigation into the matter.
