Bail of suspects in Noor murder case challenged in IHC
Father of Noor has filed a plea in the high court.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Bail of suspects in Noor murder case has been challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to details, father of Noor has filed a plea in the high court against bail of owner and workers of Therapy Works by session court.
The plea argues that the session court ignored the rules set in place by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The plaintiff has prayed the IHC to cancel the bail so that any sort of damaged to him can be avoided.
