Court remands suspect in police custody for smuggling dry milk
The court has directed the authorities to submit complete investigation report.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Customs and anti-trafficking court on Saturday has sent a suspect involved in the smuggling of dry milk on a 14-day judicial remand.
According to details, justice Aqil Hassan Chauhan heard the case pertaining to smuggling of dry milk worth Rs 7.5 crore and directed the authorities to submit complete investigation report.
The judge has also remanded suspect Zahid Rasheed in police custody.
It is to be mentioned here that the officers arrested the suspect and recovered 9349 sacks of dry milk from him during raid in Lahore.
