Summary Shivnarine Chanderpaul and his son Tagenarine Chanderpaul excelled Guyana by scoring fifties
(Web Desk) – The retired West Indian batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul along with his son Tagenarine Chanderpaul scored fifties in the same first-class match which was held on Sunday.
Both the cricketers played for Guyana in the four-day match held in Jamaica. Their team got a lead from the opposing side owing to their fifties.

The 20-year-old youngster Tagenarine opened for Guyana while his father Shivnarine, aged 42, came after fourth wicket. They also had a fourth-wicket partnership of 38 runs.
Shivnarine Chanderpaul is regarded as one of the great batsmen ever produced by West Indies. He scored over eleven thousand runs after playing 164 Tests, only behind the legend Brian Lara.
Tagenarine Chanderpaul plays a lot like his father in terms of batting style. He is claimed to be a future prospect for the West Indian cricket team.
