Warne Warriors win All-Stars Cricket Tournament against Sachin Blasters

Summary Player of the series title was given to KC Sangakkara.

LOS ANGELES (Dunya News) –The Warne Warriors on Sunday have won the All-Stars Cricket series by 3-0 against Sachin Blasters at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

The series was being played in the United States of America, a country still unfamiliar with the game.

In the last third and last match of tri Twenty20 series, the legendary Sachin Tendulkar won the toss and elected to bat but faced humiliating defeat by four wickets.



Sachin Blasters put up a target of 219/5 in all 20 overs with outstanding batting of SR Tendulkar who smashed 56 runs whereas Warne Warrior’s team bowler DL Vettori snatched three wickets.

While chasing down the target, Warne Warriors routed the opposite team and made 224/6 with stunning last sixer of Shane Warne. Sachin’s champ GP Swann took two wickets.

The All-Stars Cricket Tournament is a series of cricket matches that was played in the US with an aim of raising awareness in areas where the game is yet unknown as such.



JH Kallis from Warrior’s team was declared player of the last match while player of the series title was given to KC Sangakkara.

The legendary star players also greeted the amazing audience and gave them their autographs, signed balls, bats. They appreciated the participation of the people by thanking them.
