LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore Qalandars won the toss and elected to bat against Karachi Kings in the sixth match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11 at Gaddafi Stadium.
Qalandars captain Shaheen Shah Afridi opted to set a target, expressing confidence in posting a competitive total between 170 and 180 runs.
He also confirmed a team change, bringing in Usama Mir in place of Asif Afridi.
Karachi Kings captain David Warner, speaking at the toss, said his team would approach the match with full confidence and aim for victory.
He praised the pitch prepared by the curator and revealed the inclusion of Abbas Afridi in the playing XI.
Both teams entered the contest on a winning note. Karachi Kings had earlier defeated last season’s runners-up Quetta Gladiators in their opening match of the tournament.
