SWAT (Dunya News) - A policeman has been arrested for allegedly harassing a woman, Dunya News reported here on Monday.
DSB personnel constable Zeeshan was arrested after a complaint was lodged against him by a woman with Swat DPO Umer Khan. In her complaint, the woman accused the cop of harassing her.
Taking a prompt action, DPO Umer Khan ordered police to arrest the accused. A case has been registered against him. Further investigation was underway.
DPO Umer Khan has warned of strict action against those officials who bring bad name to the police department, saying there is no room for black sheep in police.
He said no one could be allowed to disrespect and harass women.
