KARACHI (Dunya News) – An alleged robber was killed and his accomplice injured in an exchange of fire with police in Industrial Sector 6-B here on Wednesday night.
The suspects have been identified as Amir and Shafiq. Police claimed that they were involved in several cases of heinous crimes. Their other accomplices escaped. Police were conducting raids to arrest them.
Police have seized two pistols, a stolen bike and other valuables. Police received a distress call that some alleged robbers were plundering passers-by in an area of Industrial Sector 6-B. When police reached there, the robbers opened fire. Police retaliated in their defence. As a result of shootout, a robber was arrested and his accomplice injured.
