The Office has been established to manage debt and deal with the problems with payments

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - A Central Debt Management Office has been set up in the federal capital in the wake of strict International Monetary Fund (IMF) conditions, sources claim.

After the shared lists from the Fund regarding the prerequisite actions along with the three weeks’ timeframe, the Central Debt Management Office has been set up so that the demands ahead of stopped program could be implemented.

The finance ministry, on the other hand, has confirmed the establishment of the Central Debt Management Office through a notification.

The Office has been established for the purpose of managing debt and dealing with the problems associated with payments. It would also be helpful to keep record of state-run facilities in one place.
