(Dunya News) – Under a premeditated plan, ZG Private Limited have forcibly purchased at least 46 bungalows, apartments and plots ranging from1000 yards to 4000 yards situated near Bilawal House [Karachi] since 2008.
These bungalows, apartments and plots are located in Karachi’s posh and most-expensive Clifton area. Together combine, the commercial area augments to over 65000 yards and monetary value surpasses the trillion mark.
These startling revelations were disclosed by Dunya News President and senior anchorperson and analyst Kamran Khan in his widely-watched show Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath.
Well-informed sources stated four plots [plot#1, plot#3, plot#4, plot#5] of one lane had been merged together to make a single plot. These illicit tasks were performed by notorious Sindh Building Control Authority’s former director general and corruption icon Manzoor Kaka.
Khan added elements behind the mega-scam are endeavoring to amalgamate this commercial area to construct Karachi’s biggest commercial plaza. And for achieving the task, rules are either being disregarded or revoked clandestinely.
The linchpin in this scam—Kaka—is facing one corruption reference filed against him by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and has absconded to Canada to avoid court’s proceedings.
Sources further revealed accountability watchdogs have amassed undeniable and concrete evidences in this case and a reference would be lodged soon against all accused. The anti-graft watchdog has initiated an intensive probe into the mega-scam to ascertain the sources of income of the owners.
Analysts believe ZG Private Limited—which has also been framed in notorious Summit Bank money-laundering scam—owns these vacated buildings. The chief executive and director of this group are son and sister of Sindh’s most powerful and influential political figure.
Back then in April-2017, infamous Lyari gang war leader Uzair Baloch had claimed he forcibly vacated 30 to 40 bungalows and apartments near the Bilawal House in Karachi on the orders of PPP’s co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
