Indian Defence Minister had threatened after Pathankot, said world will see result in one year

LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Bacha Khan University has been attacked in Charsadda on Wednesday within a week after the Indian Defence Minister had threatened Pakistan to inflict pain as India has felt in Pathankot, reported Dunya News.

On 11th January, Indian Defence Minister threatened that those who have given India the pain will feel the same. He had said that India will be the one deciding the time and location of the revenge. Analysts are saying that attack on a Pakistani university within a week of Indian threat is a proof of Indian involvement in Pakistan.

Around four terrorists entered Bacha Khan University in Charsadda district, roughly 50 kilometres (30 miles) from the city of Peshawar, on Wednesday morning, killing 20 people and injuring at least 11 people.

Police, soldiers and special forces launched a successful ground and air operation at the university in a bid to shut down the assault. The university was claerd hours later with at least 4 gunmen killed in the operation.

Earlier on 16th january, Indian Defence Minister said that India’s patience has exhausted, adding that the world will see ‘results’ within a year, Dunya News reported.

The Indian minister claimed that Pakistan did not take any action after the Mumbai attack, adding that the scale of patience is exhausted after the Pathankot attack.
