Dumper crushes man to death at Orange Line train construction site
35-year-old Azeem was returning his home in Salamatpura area when he was hit by a dumper.
LAHORE (Web Desk) – A person, father of five, was crushed to death by a dumper at construction site of Orange Line Train in Baghbanpura area of Lahore on Saturday, Dunya News reported.
35-year-old Azeem was returning his home in Salamatpura area when he was hit by a dumper near Daroghawala Chowk and died on the spot.
The deceased was a cloth seller.
Relatives mourn Azeem s death in Salamatpura area.
Brother of the victim told media that his family has suffered second tragic incident this month in the same area. Azeem’s 23-year-old cousin Ashfaq also lost his life and his wife sustained injuries when a truck busy on the construction site hit his motorcycle.
Family members placed victim’s body outside Shalimar Police Station to protest against the incident.
