Govt's patience failed PTI sit-in, even kids not convinced by rigging allegations, says Rashid
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has on Sunday said that every decision made by Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan was proven wrong by the people of Pakistan. He said that government’s patience failed Imran’s sit-in. “Even kids are not convinced by rigging allegations”, said Rashid, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media in Lahore, Pervaiz Rashid once again criticized Imran Khan badly. “There was Imran Khan in his sit-in and his container. Nobody sided with him in his 126-day sit-in”, said Rashid. He said that PTI and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) attacked the parliament but government’s patience and tolerance failed the sit-in.
“Imran Khan crossed all limits of insolence, we crossed all limits of tolerance and patience”, said Rashid. He added that Imran Khan has mastered the art of threatening. “First the streets of Pakistan rejected Imran’s claim and then the Judicial Commission. Even kids are not convinced by rigging allegations”, he said.
“If there was rigging in NA-122, how did PTI’s MPA win the election? Imran Khan is obsessed with rigging. He must get rid of it” said Rashid.
The federal minister said that the government achieved great success during its first 2 and half years. He said that Pakistan’s economy is being appreciated at global level. “We have gotten rid of critical situation of the power crisis and terrorism”, said Rashid.
