Fake degree: PML-N member KP Assembly declared disqualified
The election tribunal has also directed to hold election in the same constituency once again.
ABBATTABAD (Dunya News) Election Tribunal Abbottabad has declared PML-N member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Mian Ziaur Rehman KP 54 disqualified over fake degree.
Mian Ziaur Rehman had submitted the degree of Shahadat e Alia in the general elections of 2008 which was equivalent to FA degree. He had achieved this degree from Ghotki School.
When the Election Tribunal got this degree checked from the related Ghotki School it stamped it as fake and fabricated.
Upon this, the tribunal declared Mian Ziaur Rehman disqualified from his provincial assembly seat, with the direction to hold re-election in the constituency.
