RIYADH (Daily Dunya) - Saudi Arabia’s heaviest man who once weighed at least 608kg have lost 550kg in the past four years.
The young boy is no longer in the heaviest men list as he has lost 80% of his weight with the help of medical teams. He was provided with medical attention over the directions of late Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud.

The King sent a huge aircraft to transfer the boy to the hospital. Cranes were used at that time to bring the boy down from his flat.

In 2013, nearly a 30-member medical staff and civil defense men including firefighters and policemen shifted the obese boy to King Fahad medical city in Riyadh where he was treated by a special team of doctors.
