On just has to download and install the Tampermonkey plugin on the browser and follow this link to install the settings by clicking on Raw . The limitation in this procedure is that Twitterati can only carry out 280-character tweet when they access their accounts on Twitter through desktop.
Currently, Twitter has kept some limitations on languages other than English like Korean, Japanese or Chinese in which the limit has been kept unchanged. There has been mixed response to this big change in core features of the micro-blogging website. Some people have complained that they actually enjoyed stuffing their messages into small character limit.
