There, however, seems to be a price of the innovation which the early adopters have to pay. This was the fact that the fanboys had to learn again the hard way when they found their iPhone 6 Plus bended.
The reports of the inadvertently bending of the iPhone 6 Plus smart phones are gradually gaining momentum. The momentum can be seen from the hashtag #BendGate which is gaining interest of the company and commentators worldwide.
What’s worth noting is that iPhone 6 plus is not supposed to be curved like LG’s G Flex model. So those who believe that their phones bended because it is one of the features, will have to be disappointed for now.
One can be rest assured that Apple will come up with a fix for its upcoming version, that is, if there is a next version of iPhone 6 plus. This is because of the famous Apple trend that it is usually the leader in the consumer tech and then gradually improves on the weak points.
One example of which is Apple’s recognition of a bug in its latest phone model’s software that caused users to lose cellular service.
Apple even offered a temporary fix and promised a full update in the next few days.
"We have a workaround for you if you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus and you lost cellular service and Touch ID functionality today after updating to iOS 8.0.1," Apple said.
The temporary fix allows users to reinstall iOS 8 through iTunes.
