Afghanistans Hashmatullah wins 9th stage of Tour de Paksitan

The ninth phase of the Tour de Pakistan was won by Afghan cyclist Hashmatullah Barakzai.

Hashmatullah Barakzai of Afghanistan, the only foreign team participating in the event, won the ninth phase of the Tour de Pakistan.Hashmatullah covered a total distance of 115 km from Lahore to Gujarat in 3 hours, 11 minutes and 36 seconds. In the second place was Muhammad Sabir from WAPDA and following him closely in third place was Rameen Roofi of Afghanistan. The top three cyclists finished the race with less than 30 seconds between them.At least 46 cyclists took part in the ninth phase of the race which started from Jinnah Garden in Lahore, on Friday. The 10th phase of the race will start on Sunday when cyclists will race from Gujarat to Rawalpindi.
