South Africa took just six overs of the morning session to claim the two wickets they needed for a series-opening win at SuperSport Park against the top-ranked Test team. Proteas fast bowlers Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn claimed a wicket each to dismiss India for 459 after they were 136 all out batting first still 25 runs short of South Africa's first-innings 620/4 declared. Tendulkar finished 111 not out in his record 50th Test century. Shanthakumaran Sreesanth (3) and Jaidev Unadkat (1) were the wickets to fall early Monday.
