Pakistan Hockey Team Former Captain Mohammad Saqlain says that attitude of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF)s disciplinary committee is not fair to him. He accused that a person who never played hockey had been appointed as the committee chairman. Addressing a press conference in National Press Club Islamabad Saqlain maintained that he wanted to take Pakistan Hockey Team to number one position yet federation forced him to quit hockey. He claimed that Asif Bajwa was appointed on political grounds, adding that he was equally responsible for the downfall of hockey in Pakistan. Former captain demanded the PHF be handed over to senior Olympians. He added that he hadnt tendered his apology to the disciplinary committee.
