President Zardari has greeted Hindu community of Pakistan on occasion of Deewali.

“I wish to extend on my behalf, on behalf of the Pakistan Peoples Party and on behalf of the people of Pakistan heartiest greetings to the Hindu and Scheduled Castes community on the occasion of Deewali,” the President said in his message.Deewali is known as the festival of lights and is commemorated by members of some of the worlds oldest religions to celebrate the triumph of good over evil.
