Benazir murder case: ATC serves contempt notice to FIA DG

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) issued contempt notice to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) DG.

The ATC judge heard the Benazir Bhutto’s assassination case in Adiyala jail. The court was informed that Investigation Officer (IO) Khalid Rasool has been removed. The court annoyed at removal of IO at fourth time and issued contempt notice to FIA DG. The court also summoned the former IO for next hearing.British government has replied that the compliance of red warrants of former president Pervaiz Musharraf was not possible. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till May 30.
