Nine members of a family murdered because of an old rivalry in the precincts of Qadirabad Police station of Markham, in Mandi Bahauddin.

According to the District Police Officer Mandi Bahauddin, Abdulrab Chaudry, there were 4 women and 3 children among the people murdered. Upon hearing the report, the DPO immediately arrived at the scene. The murderer used a sharp weapon to kill the victims and even left behind note.
