Case of PPP leader Babar Butt's murder lodged
Security officers have started search operation to nab the culprits.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Police officers have registered case of former Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) ticket holder Babar Butt’s murder at Manawan police station today (Monday).
Taking action on the plea of deceased’s brother Qaisar Sohail Butt, the officers have launched an investigation into the matter and lodged an FIR against suspect Atif, Irfan Jutt and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Shaukat Sohail Butt.
According to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the suspects stormed Babar Butt’s house at 11:30pm and gunned down him.
Chairman of PPP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari strongly condemned the mishap and bashed PML-N. He said that attack on Shaukat Basra and Babar Butt’s murder are part of same conspiracy.
If PPP loses patience then it will be hazardous for PML-N, he added.
Moreover, security officers have started search operation to nab the culprits.
