Allotment done in accordance with the laws: ISPR

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Director General (DG) of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has reported on Thursday that matter involving allotment of 868-kanal land to former army chief Raheel Sharif is being discussed to malign Pakistan Army.

Media cell of the military has reported that allotment has been done in accordance with the laws of the government and the army.

He slammed speculation around the allotment by warning the stakeholders of a misunderstanding over the issue.

The statement has come in after allotment of around 90 acres of land to the former Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General (r) Raheel Sharif in Lahore was widely reported in media with few sections of the society suspecting dubious acts.
