Dunya News

If Qatari prince shows up in supreme court, he would be asked many questions

LAHORE (Web Desk) - The letter of Qatari prince Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jaber Al Thani claimed that Mayfair flats were their property before 2006 but many questions would be asked from him if he shows up in supreme court, reported Dunya News.

Law experts believe that there is no significance of this letter, until he shows up in court and answers questions of the lawyers.

Q. Letter claims that Sharif family and Qatar s royal family have business relations for a long time, so Qatari prince would be asked proof of their business relations before 1980?

Q. It would be asked that how did Sharif family transfer 12 million Dirham from Dubai to Qatar?

Q. Qatari prince would be asked that when was the real estate agreement between royal family and Sharif family signed and where are the documents?

Q. Hamad Bin Jassim would be asked that how much profit was given to Mian Muhammad Sharif from 12 million Dirham and for how much Hussain Nawaz was given London flats?

Q. Qatari prince would be asked proof having custody of London flats before 2006?

Q. Hamad Bin Jassim would be asked for the proof of rent and service charges, that he would have given for London flats when he owned them?

Q. Hussain Nawaz had denied that Flat No.16-A does not exist but Qatari prince talked about it in his letter. It should be told that who is right and who is wrong?

Q. If Sharif family became owner of the flats in 2006, then why were these flats attached in 1995 Hudabia mills case?

Q. If Sharif did not own the flats before 2006, then why did bank ask the flat to be seized in 1999 during Al-Toufeeq case?

Q. Qatari prince would also be asked if there is still business partnership going on between Qatari royal family and Sharif family?
