PCO judges case: former CJ Dogar raises objections on SC bench

Former defacto Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar has raised objections on the bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan that is hearing the case of PCO judges, Dunya News reported on Thursday. Former defacto Chief Justice raised objections on two judges that include Justice Khilji Arif Hussain and Justice Tariq Pervaiz. His stance is that Justice Khilji Arif Hussain was appointed again to the Sindh High Court on his recommendation and that Justice Tariq Pervaiz was appointed as the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court on his recommendations as well.
