President, PM expresses satisfaction over Operation Zarb-e-Azb
Govt will work diligently over developing agendas to improve living standards of Pakistani people
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Monday expressed confidence and satisfaction over Operation Zarb-e-Azb and reiterated the commitment of implementation of National Action Plan (NAP) at all costs, reported Dunya News.
Both the leaders discussed overall national scenario of the country and exchanged views over key problems faced by the country. They also exchanged views over China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), energy projects, law and order situation, Operation Zarb-e-Azb and economy related issues.
PM Nawaz informed Mamnoon of different government policies and decisions while both the leaders appealed cooperation to complete development projects in order to ensure national stability.
President Mamnoon and Nawaz also revised their commitment that the government will work diligently over developing agendas to improve living standards of Pakistani people.
Transparency in these projects will also be ensured and that government had zero tolerance against corruption. They also appreciated and paid tribute to personnel and officers of armed forces, paramilitary forces and other law enforcement agencies who sacrificed their lives protecting their motherland.
