Passing-out parade of Anti-Narcotics Force held in Kamra

DG ANF advised the cadets to perform their duties with honesty and only for the safety of nation.

KAMRA (Dunya News) – A passing-out parade of Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) was held in Kamra area today (Saturday).

According to details, as many as 401 cadets including 39 women officers were passed-out. The corporals received training from specialized Pakistan Army personnel and ANF instructors.

Addressing a ceremony, Director General ANF Major General Dilawar Shah said that the dazzling efforts of the force have been lauded at international level. He said it is a proud moment for every citizen of Pakistan to be appreciated by prominent leaders.



The chief guest said that as many as 31 departments are currently working against drug dealers in the country. 

He said that 360 ton narcotics were seized in successful operation by officers last year.

He further advised the cadets to perform their duties with honesty and only for the safety of the nation.

Moreover, DG ANF thanked Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif for providing special facilities for the completion of the course.

The passing-out corporals also carried out mock exercises displaying their capabilities.
