"Additional ballot papers were sent to defeat PTI," he alleged.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Friday said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was also involved in the alleged rigging in general elections 2013, adding that there’s no record of 250 million ballot papers, Dunya News reported.

Addressing a press conference here, Khan said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is spreading rumours about Forms 15.

He said 93 thousand votes could not be biometrically verified in his constituency.

He said Election Commission changed its statements four times and that Form 14 cannot be formed without the Form 15.

PTI chairman said that Forms 15 of 56 thousand out of 70 thousand polling stations did not arrive and that seals of 6870 bags were broken.

“Forms 15 are not even there in over 20 thousand bags,” he said.

Khan alleged that 11.7 million additional ballot papers were published for the general election 2013. He said 28% in Khawaja Saad Rafique’s constituency, 16% in Captain (retd) Safdar’s constituency whereas 8% additional ballot papers were supplied in Khurram Dastagir’s constituency.

PTI chief said that special favour was given in 149 constituencies and additional ballot papers were supplied.

“Additional ballot papers were sent to defeat PTI,” he alleged.

He said additional ballot papers were published in PTI’s constituencies as well but only 6 out 149 constituencies were those where PTI candidates won.

“RMS system was shut down after Nawaz Sharif’s speech, why didn’t anyone investigate that?” he asked.
