Federal budget 2015-16 challenged in SC Lahore registry
The plaintiff demanded to mull the budget sections.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Federal budget 2015-16 has been challenged in Supreme Court (SC) registry Lahore today (Wednesday), Dunya News reported.
Plaintiff’s counsel Zafar Ullah Khan filed a constitutional petition in SC stating that government has neglected to provide relief on education and basic food items.
He said that few political leaders are not taking part in speeches in budget session which is against the constitution therefore, the court should disqualify such leaders and mull the budget sections.
