The plaintiff has also demanded PTI Chief Imran Khan to take notice of the incident.

MULTAN (Dunya News) – Multan police on Wednesday declared Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf’s (PTI’s) leader Imran Ismail, a candidate of NA-246 by-elections, as proclaimed offender on Rs40 lacs fraud, Dunya News reported.

According to details, four years back Imran Ismail took the prescribed amount from Arhti Jameel for the distribution of juice and tetra milk but later refused the CNP distribution and returned the amount in form of two cheques worth Rs20 lacs each.

The plaintiff was not able to get the amount as the cheques failed to cash on which Arhti Jameel filed a petition to register a fraud case against Imran Ismail on which the police registered the case under 489-F.

However; the police have not been able to arrest him for four years on which he has been declared a proclaimed offender by the police whereas the plaintiff has also demanded PTI Chief Imran Khan to take notice of the incident.
