Imran Khan refuses to identify person who offered him Rs 15 crore
There is no difference between PPP and PML-N, says PTI chairman
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday has said that there must be no biding on PTI members for the Senate election. He refused to identify the person who had offered him at least Rs 15 crore for a Senate seat.
He expressed these views in an interview.
He said that there is no difference between Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). Khan said that he has told former president and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari to avoid bidding on PTI members.
PTI chairman said that the person who had offered him at least Rs 15 crore for a Senate seat is a good person and he would not expose his identity. He said that they would not accept rigging in Senate election. Khan also said that if need be they would dissolve Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Assembly.
