Lahore: Gap appears in river Ravi's makeshift bank
The team of divers was successful in safely rescuing all the trapped people after some struggle.
LAHORE (Dunya news) – A gap has appeared in makeshift bank of River Ravi on Tuesday near Sagian bridge. Activities of Tractor trolleys to extract sand near Sagian Bridge are an everyday thing. This activity of the trolleys has however caused a gap to appear in the makeshift bank of the river Ravi. Some people got stuck in the gap.
District Coordination Officer (DCO) Lahore has taken notice of the incident and ordered a team of divers to immediately reach the site of the incident. The team of divers was successful in safely rescuing all the trapped people after some struggle.
