Ten die in separate rain-related incidents across country
The injured have been shifted to the hospital for medicinal assistance.
LAHORE/MOHMAND AGENCY (Dunya News) - As many as ten people including three children and one woman died in separate rain related incidents across the country today (Monday).
At least two people lost their lives while one sustained injuries as roof collapsed in Shahdara in Lahore.
As per details, three people were sleeping in temporary cattle yard near match box factory in Shahdara when roof collapsed due to heavy rain entrapping them all under the rubble.
The incident has claimed lives of 60-year old Idrees and 55-year old Saif whereas 35- year old Naseer got severely injured.
On getting the information about the incident, rescue teams arrived at the scene and shifted the bodies and injured person to the hospital.
Meanwhile, heavy rain in Karak engulfed minor girl and injured two women of the same family. The roof caved in when the family members were resting.
Also in Mohmand Agency, two children and one woman killed while two children got injured in a roof collapse incident.
